1. Acceptance
By downloading, accessing, or using ClearNexa, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the application.
2. The service
ClearNexa is a device utility that helps you review storage, large files, duplicate media, device information, installed-app information, and optional network-test results. It is an assistance tool and does not guarantee that any file is unnecessary or that a network measurement represents permanent connection quality.
3. Your control and responsibility
You are responsible for reviewing the information shown by ClearNexa and for confirming any deletion. ClearNexa does not automatically delete personal files. Before deleting a file, photo, video, or other content, confirm that you no longer need it and that it is not required by another app or service.
4. Permissions and third-party services
Some functions need Android permissions that you may decline or revoke. Android system controls remain responsible for permission and deletion confirmations. A user-initiated network test may connect your device to a public test endpoint, which is governed by that provider's own terms and privacy policy.
5. Acceptable use
You may use ClearNexa for lawful personal device maintenance. You must not interfere with the application, Android, Google Play, or network endpoints used by the app, or use the app to access a device or content that you are not authorized to manage.
6. Availability and disclaimer
ClearNexa is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every Android device, or detection of every duplicate or large file.
